Bus Location Service

Conceptual prototype of a smartphone application by Max Dorfmann to support visually impaired people when using public transport. In combination with an infrastructure based on beacon technology, the system should help visually impaired people to identify the route of approaching buses and, in the case of several buses, to distinguish between them in terms of their positioning at the bus stop.
